At Taviska, we take great care in crafting and delivering beautiful imitation jewellery to your doorstep. While we strive for perfection, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is necessary. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

Product Sizing

We clearly mention the dimensions of every product under the item’s description. Kindly review this information thoroughly before placing your order. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for size-related issues.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
It should be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
Nose pins (Naths), toe rings, earrings, and jewellery sets containing earrings
Hair accessories, face masks, or any body-piercing items

Gift cards

Personal care and hygiene products
Any item marked as "final sale"

Return Shipping

Customers are requested to cover a return shipping charge of ₹120, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process returns related to damage or defects, we require a clear, uninterrupted 360-degree unboxing video. This helps us validate claims and ensures a fair resolution for both parties.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an update via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
Recheck your bank account or card statement.
Contact your card issuer or bank — processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We offer replacements only for items that are received damaged or defective. Please note:
Minor variations in color, texture, or design from product photos will not qualify for exchange.
If the originally ordered product is not in stock for replacement, we will notify you accordingly.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift coupon will be emailed to you.
If the gift was purchased and later handed over to you by someone else, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
